This is the nice top black cap rail that sits snug on top of the wood pickets in a vertical Slipfence panel. This is not structural, it is only to finish off the top of the fence panel to match the upper and lower stringers. Also protects tops of wood pickets from rotting. This cap rail can also be used atop a traditional shadowbox style wood fence provided that the boards are 5/8" width and 2 x 4's are used as rails.

This kit is not a gate, it is not compatible with our composite fence. It includes the following items to construct either a vertical or horizontal gate on site: 6 - L brackets to construct a gate frame our of 2 x 4 wood. 1 - Thumb Latch that can be locked from the inside and accessed from both sides. 1 - Pair of adjustable self-closing gate hinges, ideal for pool gates. 1 - Roll of 1.5" black rubber strapping to emulate the stringers in a vertical system or the channels in a horizontal system. 1 - pack of 100 wood screws to attach rubber strapping to wood as seen in video.

This is the same cap that gets packed inside of each post prior to shipping. 3" x 3" Aluminum post cap coated for outdoor use in all climates. Simply tap onto top of post with rubber mallet as they self tighten onto post.

These brackets are packed 2 per kit with screws and are to be fastened to the Slipfence aluminum post with the stainless self drilling screws included. The brackets provide a cradle for a 2 x 4 or 2 x 6 to be used as top, bottom , and middle rails for a traditional vertical board wood fence. For a horizontal traditional fence you can bend the bottom flange on these brackets down and slip in a 2 x 4 vertically against the post, then clad the front side with boards horizontally using deck screws.

This post is 3" x 3" x 76" Long, (includes cap), to accommodate a 6' high fence built on top of concrete. There is a 6" x 6" x 1/4" thick aluminum plate with 4 anchor holes welded to the bottom of this post. Anchors are not included in this kit and must be purchased separately in accordance with regional code regulations and substrate that the post will be mounted to.

These plastic angle wedges are 22.5 degree wedges to be set behind the Vertical brackets for a fence section that is not a perfect 90 degree corner. Longer stainless self drilling screws are included to drill through the wedge and into the post. For a 45 degree angle, 2 wedges can be glued together and stacked prior to installation,
