Return Policy

Slipfence Shipping Policy:

All our products due to size or length must be unloaded from the truck by hand. Please be sure to have an area clear and ready for the materials upon delivery. If a liftgate (lift on back of truck) is offered by the carrier or carrier’s driver, and the customer accepts; an additional fee of $125 will be charged to the credit card on file.

When the delivery arrives, please inspect all packages and materials for damage or shortages, PRIOR to signing for the shipment. If unable to inspect at the time of delivery, due to time or weather restraints, please mark shipping documents with “Subject to inspection” and contact us within 24 hours of receipt of goods. If anything is damaged or missing contact us immediately to file a claim. If the unfortunate circumstance arises where you have received damaged product, please take pictures and email them to customerservice@tahoeslipfence.com. You can also call 1-866-336-2340 for further instructions. 

Slipfence Return Policy:

Whether you ordered too much, ordered the incorrect size or incorrect item, you can return items that are in original/ resalable condition for a refund provided it is within 30 days of delivery. We are sorry, we cannot accept returns more than 30 days after your order was received.  We are unable to accept any damaged or missing items that were not reported within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. There will be a 15% restocking fee applied to all items that are returned and SLIPFENCE will not be responsible for return shipping costs. If you place your order direct from our online store, it is critical to ensure the order is accurate prior to paying for it online.

 Returning Your Items

Please do not send items back without first contacting us. You must first email customerservice@tahoeslipfence.com and provide your order number and the list of items you wish to return. 

Please note, we do not accept returns of:

·       Products received more than 30 days ago.
·       Product not in original/resalable condition (product is damaged, used, or missing parts)
